Important Update Fall Concert Popkoor Estrellas

Last Tuesday, it was announced in the press conference that the measures will be reverted to how it was two weeks ago. While we were almost celebrating, the website of the National Government had the following written:

“It is forbidden to sing in a group (2 persons or more) outside your own home. Amateur choirs are therefore not allowed to sing together.”

We are very sorry about this news, especially because it was not reported during the national press conference. The concert cannot go on as we planned it.

The members have worked very hard to provide an alternative. A curated digital program with videos of the rehearsal day, songs sung by members of Estrellas and other exclusive material. Tickets are still on sale. Now for a reduced rate of four euros.

Everyone who has previously bought a ticket has just received an email with more information and the possibility to get (part of) the amount paid back. If you have not received this, please check your spam. Is it not there either? Feel free to send us an email.

We are disappointed by the lack of government communication and the lack of argumentation surrounding the decisions. We hope you understand that we are doing our best to offer you a nice concert! Thanks for all your support and hopefully you will all watch this Saturday!
